By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. You must be able to travel to the Sponsor's studio in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to redeem the prize; travel is the winner's responsibility. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on [START DATE], 2026 and ends on September 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
Complete and submit the official entry form delivered through the Sponsor's advertisement on Instagram or Facebook. Provide accurate contact information (name, email, phone number) and answer the entry questions. Limit one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or contain false information may be disqualified.
4. Following Requirement
To be eligible to win, entrants must be following @dallasfitnessphotography on Instagram at the time the winner is selected. The Sponsor will verify this before confirming the winner.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) complimentary competition photography session with the Sponsor, including a select number of professionally edited images. Additional images and products may be purchased separately at the Sponsor's standard rates. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The session must be scheduled and completed within a reasonable period agreed with the Sponsor. Approximate retail value (ARV): $[VALUE].
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 15, 2026. The winner will be announced on the Sponsor's Instagram Stories (@dallasfitnessphotography) and contacted directly using the contact information provided on the entry form. If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or does not respond within a reasonable time, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Consolation Offer
Entrants who are not selected as the winner will receive a one-time discount code for a percentage off a booking with the Sponsor, delivered after the drawing to the contact information provided. The consolation offer has no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers.
8. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this giveaway is handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.dallasfitnessphotography.com/privacy-policy. The Sponsor will never sell or trade your personal information.
9. Publicity and Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and session images for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control affects the fair operation of the giveaway. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
11. Not Sponsored by Meta
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to Dallas Fitness Photography and not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, and you release these parties from any liability arising from this giveaway.
