Dallas Fitness Photography ("we," "us," "the photographer") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, booking a session, or submitting a form (including through Instagram or Facebook), you agree to the practices described below.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the trusted service providers we need to run our business — described in Section 6 — and only so they can provide those services to us. Your information is never sold or handed off for anyone else's marketing.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information directly from you:

  • Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number, which you provide when you book a session, fill out a contact or giveaway form, or message us.

  • Booking and session details — information you share when scheduling, such as your session type, competition or event details, and any preferences relevant to your shoot.

  • Payment information — payments are processed by our booking and payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

  • Website usage data — basic technical information (such as browser type, device, and pages visited) collected automatically when you use our site.

2. How We Collect It

We collect information through:

  • Our website, hosted on Squarespace, when you contact us, browse, or book.

  • Our scheduling system, Acuity Scheduling, when you book or pay for a session.

  • Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), when you submit an Instant Form, enter a promotion or giveaway, or interact with our ads.

3. Meta / Instagram Advertising and Lead Forms

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are owned by Meta. When you submit an Instant Form or lead form through one of our ads, Meta shares the information you provide (such as your name, email, and phone number) with us so we can respond to you, contact you about your inquiry or entry, and deliver any offer you signed up for.

We also use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of tracking code, to measure how our ads perform and to reach people who may be interested in our services. Meta's own use of your data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy, available at facebook.com/privacy.

If you enter a giveaway or promotion we run, we use the contact information you provide to notify winners, deliver prizes or consolation offers, and communicate with you about that promotion, as described in the rules for that specific promotion.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.

  • Schedule, prepare for, and deliver your photography session.

  • Process payments and manage bookings.

  • Send you information about your session, booking, or an offer or giveaway you signed up for, including by text message and email where you have agreed to receive them.

  • Run, measure, and improve our advertising.

  • Operate and improve our website and services.

5. Text Messages and Email

Where you have given consent, we may contact you by text message and email about your booking, inquiries, or a promotion you entered. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. You may still receive non-marketing messages related to a session you have booked.

6. How We Share Your Information

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate our business, including:

  • Squarespace — website hosting and forms.

  • Acuity Scheduling — booking and scheduling.

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising and lead forms.

  • Payment processors used to complete your transactions.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Session images are retained according to the Image Retention Policy in our Terms of Service. You may request that we delete your contact information at any time using the contact details below.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

  • Ask us to correct or delete your information.

  • Opt out of marketing texts and emails at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
